1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to h5 a9. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the h5 a9 platform at h5a9.com, you agree to be bound by all terms & conditions set out in this document. These h5 a9 terms & conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and h5 a9.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the h5 a9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion or betting restriction list.
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or business entity.
• Has no prior h5 a9 account that was suspended or terminated due to fraud or a breach of terms.

H5 a9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of fund balances.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Registering for an h5 a9 account is free. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a password. h5 a9 reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided at any time.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at h5 a9. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your h5 a9 account login details confidential. h5 a9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. 4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at h5 a9 is RM10 per transaction. 4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow are processed within under 30 seconds. Deposits via FPX and online banking may take up to 5 minutes depending on your bank. 5 Fund Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal from your h5 a9 account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified.
• No active bets or pending transactions at the time of the request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• H5 a9 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit the h5 a9 bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or strategies deemed to be promotional abuse — will result in bonus cancellation, account closure, and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Sports Betting & Live Matches

All bets placed in h5 a9's Sports Betting and live match sections are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation, except in cases where h5 a9 detects a significant technical error. h5 a9 offers competitive odds for the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, badminton, IPL cricket, and over 50 sports leagues worldwide.

7.2 Match Cancellation

If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or not completed under the stipulated conditions, h5 a9 reserves the right to void all related bets and return the original stake to the member's account. h5 a9's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market. Current limits are displayed on the betting interface before you confirm your bet. h5 a9 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7.4 E-Sports & Lottery

Specific rules for the e-sports section (including Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, and Valorant) and lottery are stated on their respective pages. Members are encouraged to read the game-specific rules before participating.

8 Prohibited Member Conduct

H5 a9 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or operate the platform.
• Manipulating game or bet outcomes through any unauthorised means.
• Using insider information or any confidential information to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or providing false information to h5 a9.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt h5 a9's systems and servers.
• Using the h5 a9 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Sharing or selling access to your h5 a9 account to any third party.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and appropriate legal action.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your h5 a9 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@h5a9.com. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you once all rollover requirements have been met and there are no active or pending bets.

9.2 Closure by h5 a9

H5 a9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any of h5 a9's terms & conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The member has failed to submit the requested verification documents.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 h5 a9 Liability Limits

H5 a9 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, h5 a9 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or server failures beyond h5 a9's control.
• Unauthorised third-party access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Betting losses incurred during internet connection disruptions on the member's end.
• Any betting decisions made based on inaccurate information from external sources.

In all circumstances, h5 a9's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Members will be notified via in-platform notices or email for material changes. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Language of Terms

These h5 a9 terms & conditions are written in Malay as the primary language. In the event of any conflict between different language versions, the Malay version shall prevail and be binding.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms & conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining terms & conditions will continue in full force and effect.
